Completed Projects - Housing Units

Myers Hall : Renovation and expansion was completed in August 2003. It is the magnet residence hall for the University of Georgia Honors Program.

East Campus Village Housing: Opened in Fall 2004, the East Campus Village (ECV) is a complex of four apartment-style residence halls that deliver an unprecedented level of comfort and privacy to over 1,200 students.

Reed Hall: With renovations completed in August 1998, the co-ed residence hall houses 296 students. After renovations, Reed Hall is fully compliant with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Family Housing : Recently renovated buildings feature new appliances, new electrical heating and cooling systems, and video and telecommunications systems.
